Attack on Venus

With roots reaching back more than a decade, the Fort Collins, CO trio, Attack on Venus, though new in current form, boasts the nucleus of two local music veterans and one well traveled addition. Alan Hlavacek (Bass, Vocals) and Travis Mason (Guitar, Backup Vocals), not strangers to the local scene, have collaborated together in numerous projects over the years. Johnny Claiborne (Drums), a Colorado native who found himself bound for Brooklyn, New York by way of Phoenix, Arizona, finally landing back in northern Colorado, completes the band.

Native Station

With their EP "Bones N' All", Native Station's eclectic blend of alternative-rock, pop, and reggae undertones will have you dancing and singing along to catchy choruses with a driving accompaniment.

Originating in Marion, Virginia, Greg Benton (Vocals/Rhythm Guitar) and Thomas Troutt (Lead Guitar) uprooted themselves for the diverse Colorado Music scene. After meeting with Brett Cunningham (Bass), Nick Solga (Drums), and Brandon Clark (Keyboards), Native Station was formed. With their first EP "Bones N' All" released to favorable critique on Bolder Beat, the band then garnered radio play on iHeart Radio's 94.9 Locals' Lounge with their debut single "All My Friends."

In June of 2017, the band released a 17-track Mixtape, "shifty.SHIFTY {The Harvest Sessions}." Vibrant, electrifying, soulful, and comprised mostly of material played live in 2016, the mixtape embellishes on full orchestrations of the live band arrangements. After playing notable North Colorado venues such as The Aggie Theatre, Dickens Opera House, and Larimer Lounge, Native Station continues to write new material and are planning a tour in the Fall of 2018 to promote the release of their upcoming double-single Lightframe/TallTales.

Foreign Words

Meeting House

Gritty, driving rock is the signature of Den- ver-based trio, Meeting House. Comprised of Ethan Cowell on lead vocals and guitar, Destin Charles on Bass Guitar, and Nick Lyon on drums, Meeting House are a band that represents a blend of styles, genres, and backgrounds resulting in a mix that’s unabashedly straight-up rock and roll. With their first release (March 2016), a self-titled EP of three songs, produced and engineered by Oliver Mueller of Slow Caves, Meeting House continue to tear up stages in the Rocky Mountain Region. For now, delivery of full throttle live shows is the number one priority of this energetic, fast-rising trio and with the exception of taking a few moments to sleep here and there, they’re not stopping. Welcome to Meeting House, where it’s always a party and you can’t stop dancing.
